Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 18, 2026
In short: Helpdesk Lab does not collect any personal data about you. This page explains the details.
Data we collect
We don't ask you to create an account, and we don't collect your name, email address or any identifying information.
We don't use advertising or trackers that follow you across websites.
Visit statistics
We use an anonymous statistics service from our hosting provider to see how many visits the site gets and which pages are used most, so we can improve it.
It doesn't use cookies, doesn't store your full IP address, and doesn't identify you. It only collects general information such as the page visited, country, and device and browser type.
Your lab progress
Your results and best scores are stored only in your own browser (browser local storage). They are never sent to us or to anyone else.
If you clear your browser data or use another device, your earlier progress won't appear.
Hosting
The site is hosted by a third-party hosting provider. Like any website, the provider may log temporary technical information such as IP address and browser type for operation and security, under its own privacy policy.
Cookies
The site does not use cookies for tracking or advertising.
Children
The content is aimed at students and people interested in IT support. We don't collect data from any age group.
Changes to this policy
If we later add user accounts or any service that collects data, we will update this page before it goes live and explain what is collected and why.
